The Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, SNFCC, is an environmentally sustainable, multifunctional development housing education, arts and a recreation complex. Key facilities include the 210,000m2 Stavros Niarchos Park, Greek National Opera (GNO) and the National Library of Greece (NLG).
A Joint Venture comprising Impregilo S.P.A and Terna S.A (JVIT) completed construction in 2016 and the facility was delivered to the Greek Society in February 2017.
Faithful+Gould, the Employer’s representative for the contract, sought third part assistance in undertaking monthly reviews of project progress and the provision of independent statused schedules.
The analysis and associated findings of time related delay entitlements, to conclude negotiations, were also requested.
Monthly statused schedules and reports were produced, analysing progress over the month, risks and issues and anything of significance, over and above what was being reported.
Extension of Time (EOT) findings were produced in a chronological and consistent manner, articulating the contractual and schedule related reasonings for the findings, as well as the entitlement considered fair and reasonable.
