Your privacy is as important as ours. Likewise, your contact details are important too and are only used for communication and account servicing purposes between Hayden Blaze and yourselves. We do not sell client information.

While infrequently required, you and/or your Guarantor/s agree for Hayden Blaze to obtain from a credit reporting agency a credit report containing personal credit information about you and/or Guarantor/s in relation to credit provided by us.

You and/or its Guarantor/s agree that Hayden Blaze may exchange information about you and/or the Guarantor/s with those credit providers either named as trade referees by you or named in a consumer credit report issued by a credit reporting agency for the following purposes:

(a) to assess an application you; and/or
(b) to notify other credit providers of a default by you; and/or
(c) to exchange information with other credit providers as to the status of this credit account, where you are in default with other credit providers; and/or
(d) to assess the credit worthiness of you and/or Guarantor/s.

You consent to Hayden Blaze being given a consumer credit report to collect overdue payment on commercial credit.

In rare circumstances Hayden Blaze may be legally required to share your personal information with third parties, including: (1) at your request / with your consent; (2) to a vendor or supplier that requires certain information to complete their part of your project; or (3) when we have a good faith belief it is required by law, such as pursuant to a subpoena or other legal process.

If we need to share your information in response to a legal request, we will give you notice so you can decide on what to do next. Hayden Blaze will object to requests for information about our client that we have good faith to believe are not necessary or legal.


The types of personal information we, or a third party on our behalf, may collect about you include:

        • name, contact details, email address(es), telephone number(s), employment title etc;
        • information provided by you online, via surveys, in person or social media;
        • business related matters such as work Hayden Blaze has performed for you, proposals provided to you from Hayden Blaze, enquiries you have made of Hayden Blaze and matters discussed through communication (in its various forms); and
